Description

This workshop helps parents and community members who live or work with 0–2-year-olds develop a resilient growth mindset to overcome challenges and learn from them. This workshop will help participants understand ways to: 

  • Learn from mistakes through feedback and effort
  • Increase motivation and persistence 
  • Improve self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Stimulate creativity and innovation 
  • Support and talk with a baby or toddler
  • Cope with frustration and failure and welcome challenges 

This workshop is part of the Resilient Families series. We strongly recommend attending the first workshop in this series, Serenity Now, before attending this workshop.

Participants are entered into a gift card raffle for local businesses, family experiences, and more.
